Permitted use
You may use EmailAudit to inspect public-facing configuration for domains you own, administer, evaluate, or are otherwise authorized to assess. Do not use the service to disrupt systems, evade controls, or facilitate abuse.
Email verification may be used only for legitimate list hygiene and addresses you are authorized to process. You may not use it to harvest or enumerate addresses, probe accounts for unauthorized access, facilitate unsolicited messaging, evade receiver controls, or harass recipients. EmailAudit may limit or suspend verification access when automated safeguards or a human review identify abuse risk.
Diagnostic limitations
Results are automated, point-in-time observations of public signals. They are not penetration tests, legal advice, compliance certifications, guarantees of deliverability, or guarantees of security.
Your responsibilities
- Confirm generated DNS records before publishing them.
- Protect credentials, private DKIM keys, API keys, and shared-report links.
- Maintain accurate account information and comply with applicable laws and third-party terms.
Availability and changes
Features may change as the product develops. External DNS, mail, reputation, payment, and AI providers may affect availability or results.
Subscriptions and renewal
Paid plans renew automatically at the billing interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. Applicable taxes may be added. You authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method for each renewal.
You can cancel through the hosted billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access ordinarily continues through the end of the current billing period. Plan changes may alter feature, domain, member, history, or usage allowances as disclosed before the change.
Payments and refunds
Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, subscription charges are non-refundable. Failed or reversed payments may pause paid entitlements while preserving the account and any retention obligations that still apply.
Access and termination
We may restrict abusive, automated, or unlawful use. Free tools and free-plan allowances may change with reasonable notice. Ending a subscription does not remove your responsibility to export or delete data before its applicable retention period expires.
